Brattleboro Sends Lyon to Miami

The Brattleboro Islanders and the Miami Crocs announced a trade today that will send 31 year old outfielder Jim Lyon to Miami in exchange for minor league pitcher Brandeis Wedlinger.

A right-handed hitter with some pop, Lyon is poised to help the Crocs solidify their position in the PL playoff race.

The draft pool has been released, and it looks like the pool is a little deeper than it has been for a few years, so our efforts seem to be moving in the right direction.
